This monthly virtual session, hosted by the ACMP Florida Chapter, will provide a practical overview of the pathway to earning and maintaining a CCMP credential.

Your Presenter

Phillip Johnson, CCMP®, is a seasoned change practitioner and professional development trainer with more than 20 years of experience supporting public sector, workforce, and education organizations through people-centered transformation. He is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP®), leads the Professional Development Committee for the ACMP Florida Chapter, and brings deep expertise from his work with organizations such as KPMG, Ernst & Young, and state and local agencies. Phillip currently serves as the Training Coordinator for Strategic Optimization and Research (SOAR) LLC, where he develops and delivers customized training programs, supports credentialing initiatives, and advances professional learning aligned to organizational change and workforce development goals.
