AI for Change Management

Melanie Franklin will use her experience of AI adoption over the last 2 years to describe the impact AI is having on the management of change. She will identify actions we can take and techniques we can use to scope and plan our changes, sharing her examples of what uses of AI deliver the most value and which ones waste more time than they save.
