She currently serves as a Project Manager supporting Foreign Military Sales IT initiatives, where she leads cross-functional teams and partners closely with customers to guide programs from planning through execution.
Payton is the President of the PMI Florida Suncoast Chapter Board of Directors and has been actively involved with PMI leadership since 2023. As a woman in leadership, she is passionate about fostering inclusive, people-centered approaches to change and creating space for candid conversations about growth, resilience, and impact.

Dr. Dawn White has over 25 years of experience across the healthcare, automotive, and technology industries and proudly served in the United States Air Force.
Dawn regularly leads large-scale transformation efforts and global change management teams. She coaches and mentors Six Sigma Green Belts for certification and has led numerous process improvement projects and change initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. She also launched a new global M&A Center of Excellence and developed M&A change management framework and cultural assessment toolkit based on industry best-practices.
Dawn led a partnership between Corning Inc & local government to enact police reform plans across 14 police departments and the team was recognized by New York State's Governor's office and the NY State Police for their accomplishments.

Ashley is a transformation leader responsible for overseeing the execution of the IT strategy, running IT as a business, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. Before her tenure with TD SYNNEX, Ashley provided consulting services for Accenture, a multinational professional services company.
Ashley leads a Women’s Empowerment Task force promoting advocacy, as well as personal & professional growth. Furthermore, Ashley is an enthusiastic member of multiple children’s charities, Meals on Wheels, and Tampa Bay Tech, an organization which engages, unites, and empowers the Tampa Bay technology community. Ashley is an Onion Award Winner as one of the Top 50 Technology Professionals in the industry.
