Tom Watson
Tom Watson is a Global Quality Manager at Jabil. He is the Global Process Owner of Jabil’s Quality Engineering Processes as well as the Process Owner of 3 Global Quality Digital Tools. Tom is also Jabil’s Global Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) SME. Prior this role Tom was the Technical Program Manager in Jabil’s Global Quality organization responsible for deploying Jabil’s Electronic Statistical Control Program across Jabil sites. Prior to Jabil, Tom spent 12 years at Kimball Electronics’ Jasper, Indiana facility as the site Continuous Improvement Manager deploying and managing the Lean Six Sigma Program.
Tom's presentation title is Out of Box Audit (OBA), which will be tips on how to perform product inspection prior to the product being shipped to the customer.
Krupali Joshi
Krupali Joshi's profound passion for quality assurance and her rich background spanning over a decade demonstrates her dedication as a Quality Systems Analyst and Certified Quality Auditor.
Krupali's journey in the realm of quality assurance has taken her across diverse industries including food testing, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and more.
Krupali's expertise lies in ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards and regulations, coupled with a relentless pursuit of excellence in every aspect of product development and manufacturing processes. Her commitment to continuous improvement is unwavering, as evidenced by her pursuit of certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and ISO Lead Auditor.

Dr. Dawn White
Dr. Dawn White is a director at Corning Incorporated and leads strategic projects and change management initiatives across the corporation. Dawn has 25+ years of experience across the healthcare, automotive, and technology industries and proudly served in the United States Air Force.
Dawn specializes in leading new launch efforts, M&A integration, and bringing together cross-functional & divisional teams for special initiatives. She leads large-scale transformation efforts and has led numerous change management and process improvement initiatives across the company.
Dawn’s presentation is titled A Change Agent’s Nightmare & Dream, all in One. The project started out with the simple objective of creating new workplace policies for office assignment and conference room usage after a building consolidation. However, it quickly ended up being about so much more for the seasoned coach tasked with helping support the young-tenured team. This story reminds us of the “why” behind what we do as change practitioners, and the “who” within us as leaders
