Bios:
Deshini Newman has served professional associations and certifying bodies for over 2 decades, resulting in international growth, strengthening access to professional qualifications to increase employability, and increasing member value. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Change Management Professionals, she oversees an international team of staff and volunteers, working closely with the board of directors to chart the organization's future. As Deshini notes, “Change management professionals are crucial to our global society as we all evolve further in the world of work. I am delighted to work with the dedicated team at ACMP to advocate, serve and enrich value for our members who are making a difference every day.”
Previously, as CEO at a 180-year-old association for statutory registered healthcare practitioners, she successfully led the association through a major change program. Prior to that, she served as the Managing Director - EMEA for a leading Cybersecurity membership association, where she doubled contribution over 3 years, launched a recognition strategy to advance the profession and increased global competitiveness of its members.
In 2021, she was recognized as one of the top 30 leading women in cybersecurity during the pandemic. Newman has also held leadership roles at leading global education bodies where she presided over global market and product strategies. Newman has a Master of Arts degree from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, and an MBA (Publishing), among her various qualifications. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Originally from South Africa, she has lived and worked across the globe over the last 30 years. She is married, has a son, and currently lives in the United Kingdom.
Aizhan Zhantayeva is a strategist and change management expert with a track record spanning over 19 years. She has successfully overseen large-scale projects in the government and corporate sectors, leveraging her expertise to foster innovation and enhance competitiveness through the application of a cluster approach in the government realm. In the corporate sector, Aizhan has spearheaded initiatives focused on organizational restructuring and cultural transformation.
Currently, Aizhan serves as a board member at the Astana Financial Service Authority (AFSA), where she contributes to enhancing the client experience and independently represents the AFSA Board in strategic transformational projects. Additionally, she holds a board membership at Bank Asia in Kyrgyzstan, where she provides guidance to the executive team in building company strategies. On a voluntary basis, Aizhan also offers mentorship to aspiring female leaders within the bank, nurturing their professional growth.
Aizhan is a member of the CAMCA Fellowship program, a vibrant community of young leaders from Central Asia, Caucasus, Mongolia, and Afghanistan. As the National Coordinator of the Kazakhstan chapter and a member of the CAMCA Board, she fosters intra-regional cooperation and strengthens relations between the CAMCA region and the United States.
Aizhan has established herself as a thought leader through her YouTube channel, "Her Way in Central Asia." This platform serves for promoting women's leadership development in Central Asia by showcasing exceptional female leaders who share their inspiring stories, accomplishments, and perspectives. By doing so, Aizhan empowers women of all ages and backgrounds to unlock their leadership potential and spearhead positive change in their respective fields and beyond.
Aizhan holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Birmingham University, UK. Moreover, she is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and possesses a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Independent Directors.
Yolonda Evans is a change strategist with nearly two decades of extensive experience leading enterprise transformation for Fortune 500 companies and local government agencies, developing talent development and organizational change management (OCM) programs to ensure successful change across the organization.
Yolonda’s current role is as the Senior Change Management & Communications Advisor at Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation (MGIC), a leader in the private mortgage insurance industry that believes in the importance of helping everyone achieve their dreams of homeownership. She combines her expertise as a change practitioner, experienced corporate trainer, certified continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness consultant to deliver a robust enterprise change strategy to transform the way we process, respond and embrace change.
Prior to her current role, she held leadership roles in both the public and private sector supporting talent development initiatives, enterprise alignment, cultural transformation and organizational effectiveness efforts. As a facilitator of change, she has developed several workshops focused on the development of transformational leadership. Yolonda is a committed change practitioner and leader with experience integrating Lean Six-Sigma methodologies combined with OCM strategies to promote successful sustainable change.
Yolonda combined her passion and purpose of helping others through her company, Project T.I.M.E*. It was created to help small businesses in south-eastern Wisconsin with employee engagement, diverse recruitment and workforce development strategies. It has since expanded with a focus of connecting individuals with barriers to employment with opportunities to improve the quality of life and their level of fulfilment.

Alexandra (Allie) Hartman is an accomplished Change Management Analytics and Enablement Strategy Lead with a rich background in orchestrating human-centered, data-driven strategies for large-scale digital transformations. With over ten years of experience, she excels in change management and analytics, driving excellence and delivering impactful solutions that bolster business value, optimize efficiencies and champion data-driven decision-making. She brings an inspiring, people-focused vision to drive impactful results and has a strong track record of leading high performing teams and creating a culture of excellence that accelerates business value. Allie has led global change management implementations across a range of technologies.
In her current role, Allie leads the development and execution of journey and change management analytics and enablement strategies. She delivers tangible solutions globally to hundreds of change practitioners who lead more than 150 projects across her organization. Her dedication for fostering collaboration and inclusivity shines through in her role as a Recognition Ambassador within her organization, where she creates environments that celebrate every voice and acknowledge dedication and hard work.
Allie's academic journey includes multiple graduate degrees in Psychology, Survey Research, and Business Analytics and Project Management. She holds esteemed credentials as a Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP™) and is Prosci certified. Her commitment to the field is evident in her active participation with the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) globally and her service on the Board of Directors for the ACMP New England Chapter.
Allie's strategic mindset and innovative, data-driven solutions continue to establish her as a valuable leader in change management. Allie is dedicated to continuous learning and improvement, collaboration and recognition, continually contributing to the advancement of her field.
Isolde Kanikani is a Change Strategy lead at Plat4mation, working with decision makers to realise their Digital strategy and transformation stories. As a seasoned professional, Isolde is known to be a driving force and initiator who gets a lot of satisfaction from seeing a job well done. Since 2018 she worked on complex global projects focused on organisational development and Governance, often working with HR or ERP implementations. In her early consulting years, there was a focus on small and medium businesses.
As an entrepreneur she has founded two successful businesses and considers herself a world citizen after many years of extensive professional travel meeting new cultures and ways of viewing the World. Sparked by mixed roots in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, having lived in Argentina and Spain, finally putting down roots with her partner Fred in the Netherlands. She loves to learn, create community and grow things. Everything from Governance structures during an M&A transition to the jungle of plants in her home or the network she has been attentively building with Change professionals globally. The search for knowledge and growing through new experiences has led to an MBA, a masters Human resources management and pro bono consultancy in the non-profit sector. Isolde has written her first book to be published in September, founded the Change management co-create group FUTURE:CM and organises a regular program of Change related discussions and webinars.
Passionate about helping new people enter the change profession and innovating current best practice with experienced peers. Working with the belief that there is no right change method, instead focusing on tools that best serve the clients need. A true believer of building community and the idea that we are stronger together.
