Tom Watson
Tom Watson is a Process Improvement Professional and Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 12 years experience achieving business objectives in addition to promoting change. He is experienced with hiring, developing and changing employee behavior in order to reach business unit goals and is highly effective in team development, promotion of employee participation and using quantitative data to draw results. He is very focused on improving company operations by taking out the waste and reducing variation within business processes.
Tom has specialties in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen Leader, Project Management, Team Facilitation, Black/Green Belt Mentoring, Change Management, Project Identification, and Team Leadership.
David Gressle
David is a results-driven leader with expertise in IT transformation, project governance, and solution development. Proven track record of driving revenue growth, enhancing service delivery speed, and optimizing processes. Strong leadership skills in managing high-stakes client engagements and cultivating strategic relationships. Holds PMP certification and executive certificates in Program Portfolio Management. MBA and BS in Information Technology/Mathematics.
Earl (Ed) Nelson
Ed has always wanted to be an author. After receiving his first rejection slip in about 1965, he started writing. Then he began raising his family that eventually became his three children, nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Ed worked in the field of quality for over fifty years starting as a line inspector and ending up as a VP of Quality and being elected a Fellow of the American Society for Quality.
Then after losing his job, he began posting his stories and people read them and said nice things. And eight years later now, he is retired and writing for the fun of it.
Ed plans to treat us with his story told to us as a project.
