The Future of Leadership is HEART
The "next era of employee engagement” is an important priority for any organization today. 82% of employees want their company to see them as a person, not just an employee according to Gartner (2022). What does this mean? They want to be able to express themselves at work, they want their life needs to be addressed, they want individualized goals & approaches that work for them.
And because of this, leaders need to lead differently – cultivating personal connections, getting to the core of what inspires, motivates, and connects people individually.
Intentional leadership is no longer a nice to have, it is an imperative.
In this session, participants will unlock the keys to becoming an intentional, heart-led leader. 77% of employees want to work at an organization where they feel connected to the purpose and people. How connected employees feel plays a critical role in how satisfied and likely they are to stay.
As HR leaders, we can support our organizations in making the shift necessary to prioritize the leadership behaviors, competencies & soft skills needed to manage the ever-changing work environment and keep their workforce engaged and productive in a meaningful and connected way
