Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) is a global focus and conversation most of us are aware of and included in. However, a critical piece and the pulse behind these terms is Belonging! We often fail to recognize that just because someone is included, certainly doesn’t mean there is a feeling of belonging and acceptance.
In this interactive session, we discuss what makes an individual feel they belong, and how we can drive the conversation and leverage "Storytelling" as a technique to both learn from and support others. Let's talk about what keeps the pulse of DEI pumping and the liberating power of Belonging!

Donna Castellano, CCMP PMP / Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba
Donna Castellano is a "seasoned" senior program and change management practitioner who brings passion, empathy, vulnerability and at times much needed humor to each day!
Striving to be a powerful driver with educating, strategizing, implementing and storytelling experiences, methods and the almighty "lessons learned" in what she calls "life adventures".
Currently working at the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba, she is also is a founding member and Past President of both the ACMP and PMI Manitoba Chapters. Donna is the Chair for the ACMP Global Growth Committee and Coordinator/Facilitator of the DEI Community.
Donna is a Canadian who brings the authentic "Eh" to each conversation.
